* Commission Your Cartoon

To commission a custom cartoon piece, you must first purchase the Commission Artwork listing from our store. This secures your spot and allows us to begin your project.

Once your purchase is complete, please email us on the email address provided on your receipt with the information below so we can create your artwork.

Please include the following in your email:

1. High Quality Reference Photos (max 2–3 images). Examples:

• If your design includes a car, send a clear photo of the car.
• If it includes people, send a clear photo of each person.

The clearer the photos, the better your final artwork.

2. Artwork Title:

• What would you like the piece to be named?

3. Text on Artwork:

• Let us know if you want any text included (names, dates, quotes, number plates, etc.).

4. Fun Requests & Details: Tell us any creative touches you’d love to include, such as

• Helmets, sunglasses, crowns, costumes
• Waving, peace sign, thumbs up, specific poses
• Smiling, cheeky grin, tough look, surprised expressions
• Pets, props, coffee cups, surfboards, tools, etc.

5. Anything Else We Should Know:

• Share any stories, moods, themes, memories, or inspiration that will help shape your artwork.

Commission Terms & Conditions

• A commission must be purchased in full before any work begins.
• Your first version of the artwork will be delivered within one week of purchase and receiving all required information.
• Each commission includes up to 3 design iterations for your approval.
• After 3 rounds, any additional changes will incur an extra fee.
• If a change is required due to our error, it will be corrected at no charge.
• All commission pieces are custom-made and non-refundable once work has started.
• By submitting photos, you confirm you own them or have permission to use them.
• Artistic interpretation is part of The Cartoon Company style. While accuracy is a priority, creative variation is normal.
